This processing is necessary to deliver the website securely and reliably.

The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. The legitimate interest is the secure, stable and efficient operation of the website. Technical service providers are used as processors where applicable. Log data is deleted when it is no longer required for security and operational purposes, subject to legal retention requirements.

The registration form on the guide page is embedded from Systeme.io and is loaded from the Systeme.io subdomain 09ff-gregor.systeme.io. When the guide page and embedded form are opened, the browser establishes a direct connection to Systeme.io. In doing so, technical connection data such as the IP address, date and time, requested content, referrer URL, browser and operating system may be transmitted to Systeme.io so that the form can be displayed securely and reliably.

When you request the free guide, Systeme.io processes the information you enter in the form to register your request, carry out the double opt-in process, deliver the guide and, based on your consent, send occasional marketing emails about complex technology sales, robotics and related services. The processed data may include your name, email address, IP address, registration and confirmation timestamps, consent status, delivery data and interaction data required to operate the email service.

The email marketing service Systeme.io is used for form provision, contact management, double opt-in, email delivery and documentation of consent. The provider is ITACWT Limited, 2 Cruise Park Rise, Tyrrelstown, Dublin 15, Ireland. Systeme.io processes personal data on my behalf. According to the provider, its hosting infrastructure includes Amazon Web Services in Ireland.

The technical provision of the embedded form is based on Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. The legitimate interest is to provide an efficient and secure registration and delivery process. The processing of your registration data for sending the guide and marketing emails is based on your consent under Article 6(1)(a) GDPR. Registration uses a double opt-in procedure. You receive an email asking you to confirm your address. Your subscription becomes active only after confirmation. Registration and confirmation data may be retained to document consent.

You may withdraw your consent at any time with effect for the future, either through the unsubscribe link in every marketing email or by emailing mail@gregorstenglein.com. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal. After unsubscribing, your contact data is removed from active distribution lists. Limited information may be retained in a suppression list to ensure that no further emails are sent and to demonstrate compliance with legal obligations.

If non-essential analytics or marketing technologies are introduced, they will be activated only after the legally required consent and this policy will be updated.
